• 5+ years of B2B marketing experience, ideally within an agency or professional services environment. • A strong, provable copywriting instinct — you can write copy that stops the scroll and drives action, not just describes a service. • Experience managing external agencies or vendors (paid media, PR, creative) and holding them to performance standards. • Comfortable owning both strategy and hands-on execution — this is a builder's role, not a delegator-only role. • Experience supporting a sales team directly, with a clear understanding of what turns content into pipeline. • Experience owning a marketing budget and reporting on CAC/ROI, with a track record of reallocating spend toward what actually works. • Organized and metrics-minded, but never loses sight of the story and the “why” behind the numbers.
