Requirements
• 5-7 years in AdTech, Big Tech, or SaaS Strategic Account Management, specifically handling enterprise clients and ideally with some exposure to the mobile ecosystem and core metrics such as CPI, eCPM, ARPDAU, etc. • 5-7 years • AdTech, Big Tech • SaaS Strategic Account Management • Tech-Commercial Hybrid & Communication: Outstanding communication skills that allow you to bridge the gap between product and business, with fluent English required for daily collaboration with global stakeholders. Responsibilities
• Ambitious Commercial Strategy: You systematically identify new revenue opportunities for our partners, launch large-scale campaigns, or lead high-stakes renegotiations, securing long-term exclusivity • Ambitious Commercial Strategy • C-Level Navigation: You move beyond day-to-day managers and build relationships with CROs, CTOs, or Heads of Monetization to align adjoe’s roadmap with our partners’ long-term business goals • C-Level Navigation • Product Loop & First Line of Defense: You are the bridge between the market and adjoe’s Product teams. You translate partner feedback into actionable product features that unlock scalability while proactively solving technical or performance blockers before they impact revenue • Product Loop & First Line of Defense • People Leadership & Cross-Functional Influence: You directly lead and develop a small, high-impact team while also guiding and aligning senior cross-functional stakeholders across Product, Tech, Revenue, and Leadership to drive shared outcomes • People Leadership & Cross-Functional Influence
