• Strong client delivery, product ownership/management experience, including client-facing (often senior) stakeholder management. • Experience managing technology products, migration/implementation projects or complex delivery in an agile environment. • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to translate complex client needs into clear action-plans and impactful solutions. • Excellent communication, collaboration and influencing skills, with the confidence to challenge traditional ways of thinking and drive change • Experience navigating complex delivery pipelines, competing priorities and changing environments. • A proactive, adaptable and hands-on mindset, willing to roll your sleeves up to solve any problem, frequently flexing outside of your typical job role to drive progress for our clients and organization. • Resilience and empathy, staying positive and persistent through challenges while understanding the human impact of transformation and supporting clients through change with patience and sensitivity. • We are a flat and agile organisation and plan to remain this way.
