• Serve as the primary liaison between Finch, attorneys, and clients • Maintain proactive communication with clients throughout litigation • Draft and support key litigation documents, including complaints, motions, and discovery requests/responses • Manage case progression through all phases of litigation, ensuring deadlines and court requirements are met • Provide detailed case status reports and updates to attorneys and firms • Work cross-functionally with case managers, intake specialists, and demand reviewers to coordinate case progress • Identify and resolve delays, gaps, or risks before they impact case outcomes • Your Team: Legal Operations • Legal Operations is responsible for delivering exceptional outcomes for our law firm partners and their injured clients with precision, speed & care.
