Paxos - Regulatory Paralegal
Requirements
• Experience supporting regulatory filings, audits, or compliance programs • Strong organizational and project management skills • Excellent written and verbal communication • Proficiency with document management and productivity tools • Demonstrated ability to work cross-functionally and manage multiple priorities • Interest in or experience using AI tools in daily workflows
Responsibilities
• Prepare, review, and submit regulatory filings and reports • Coordinate subpoena response and documentation • Maintain organized records of regulatory correspondence and obligations • Track deadlines and ensure timely completion of compliance tasks • Support audits, examinations, and regulatory inquiries • Collaborate with legal, compliance, and business teams to gather information and resolve issues
