• 5+ years of litigation paralegal experience, preferably supporting California civil litigation. • A bachelor's degree and a Paralegal Certificate from an ABA-approved program (preferred), or an equivalent combination of education and experience. • Experience with litigation case management, calendaring, court filings, hearing preparation, and case documentation. • Familiarity with California state court procedures; experience with the San Mateo County Superior Court and small claims proceedings is strongly preferred. • Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work independently, exercise sound judgment, and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. • A polished, professional presence with the ability to build effective relationships. • This is an exceptional opportunity to join an innovative, high-growth company and play an important role in building its U.S. legal function.
