• Communicate regularly with students over email and other communication tools • Join weekly meetings to receive guidance and direction from the internal team at Stepful • Provide ongoing support, troubleshoot issues, and prepare and plan for future modules, as needed • 3+ years of experience teaching surgical technology, including course delivery, assessment, and student support • 3+ years of experience working as a Certified Surgical Technologist in a clinical setting • Active NBSTSA Certified Surgical Technologist or NCCT TS-C certification • Experience with digital tools for teaching and reading lesson plans • Experience teaching students of diverse backgrounds and abilities • Stellar writing and communication skills • Ability to work approximately 32 hours per week for the duration of the 10-week program • Interview Process: • Intro Call with Talent Team • Case Study Assignment • Final Interview • The hourly pay rate for this opportunity is $45.00 - $50.00/hour. Individual pay may vary from the target range and is determined by a number of factors including experience, internal pay equity and other relevant business considerations.
