Requirements
• 1. Bachelor's degree in construction management, Engineering, Architecture, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience) • 2. 3-5 years of experience supporting projects in construction, infrastructure, real estate development, or a related industry • 3. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines • 4. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); experience with document control and project management software is a plus (Procore, P6) • 5. Excellent written and verbal communication skills • 6. Ability to work collaboratively across diverse teams and stakeholders • 7. Detail-oriented with strong follow-through and problem-solving skills • 8. Willingness to learn and grow into increased responsibility over time • 9. Responsibilities
• Support Project Managers in the day-to-day coordination and execution of data center development and construction projects • Assist with maintaining project schedules, budgets, risk registers, and action item logs • Track project milestones, deliverables, and key dependencies; escalate risks and issues as appropriate • Prepare and maintain project documentation, reports, and dashboards for internal and external stakeholders • Coordinate meetings, agendas, and follow-ups with internal teams, consultants, contractors, and vendors • Support procurement activities, including tracking contracts, change orders, and invoices • Assist with document control, ensuring drawings, specifications, and project records are current and organized • Help monitor compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory requirements • Support site activities as needed, including occasional travel to active project sites • Contribute to continuous improvement of project management processes, tools, and reporting standards
