Requirements
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills - especially in a remote work environment • Proven ability to translate user requirements into functional technical roadmaps and communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences • Adaptive and introspective; willing to learn, guide, lead and follow • Active U.S. TS clearance with SCI eligibility • Willingness to travel up to 50%, mostly across the Indo-Pacific • Based in East Asia. Relocation assistance available. • Proficiency in Mandarin • Five years of experience working in customer-facing roles (account strategist, customer success, or related discipline), or equivalent government experience • Specific examples of times you’ve slain bureaucratic dragons • Domain experience with privacy, security, telco, networking, or related fields • Experience in enterprise customer success, especially at early stage companies • Program and/or Project management experience in a post sales or implementation environment
