Responsibilities

• Own the full-cycle, end-to-end recruiting process for technical roles (engineering, product, data, and infrastructure) • Partner closely with hiring managers as a trusted advisor to define role requirements, develop compelling position profiles, and align on hiring priorities and timelines • Develop and execute targeted sourcing strategies across multiple channels (LinkedIn, referrs, communities, events, etc.) to attract both active and passive technical talent • Proactively identify, engage, and close top technical candidates in a competitive market • Manage and continuously optimize the interview process for efficiency, consistency, and equitable hiring practices • Track, analyze, and report on key recruiting metrics (pipeline health, time-to-fill, source effectiveness, candidate experience) to Sierra leadership
