Requirements
• This role is a blend of strategic partnership and hands-on execution, ideal for someone who enjoys the "build" phase of a company. In this role, you aren’t just processing paperwork; you are helping to build the infrastructure of a growing company. You will have the ability to implement new ideas and the opportunity to influence the long-term talent strategy. • 5+ years of progressive HR experience, preferably within the technology, SaaS, or high-growth startup sectors. • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field. • SHRM-SCP, or PHR designation is highly preferred. • Advanced proficiency with HRIS platforms (e.g., BambooHR, UKG, Workday) and modern collaboration tools (Teams, SharePoint). • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to navigate sensitive conversations with empathy and professionalism. • A proactive approach to identifying "friction points" in the employee experience and proposing scalable solutions. • WORK ENVIRONMENT • WORK ENVIRONMENT • A virtual work environment
Responsibilities
• Employee Lifecycle Management: Lead the end-to-end experience for employees, from seamless onboarding to impactful offboarding, ensuring a high-touch experience at every stage. • Employee Lifecycle Management: • HRIS & Data Integrity: Manage and optimize our HRIS (Human Resources Information System) to ensure data accuracy, generate insightful analytics, and automate manual workflows, including: • HRIS & Data Integrity: • Maintaining employee files • Ensuring HRIS data entry accuracy • Managing audits • Supporting reporting cycles (e.g., EEO, ACA, etc.) • Employee Relations: Act as a trusted advisor to employees and managers, providing coaching on performance management, conflict resolution, and career development, including: • Employee Relations: • Running performance review cycles and tracking completion • Managing documentation and HRIS workflow • Total Rewards & Benefits: Administer competitive benefits programs and assist with compensation benchmarking to ensure we remain an employer of choice in the tech talent market.
