Requirements
• Experience in logistics, ecommerce operations, or cross-border fulfilment • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail • Ability to manage multiple requests and follow through consistently • Comfortable working with operational data and documentation • Proactive approach to improving systems and processes • Clear communication and the ability to work across teams
Responsibilities
• Coordinate consolidated cross-border movements and support operational execution • Prepare documentation and data required for duty drawback processes • Support merchants with operational exceptions outside standard workflows • Act as the first point of triage for cross-border queries, ensuring they are routed and resolved • Maintain clear tracking of cross-border requests and activities • Build and maintain structured process documentation and knowledge in Notion • Improve how cross-border information is organised and accessed internally • Support internal teams with accurate, timely cross-border guidance • Identify recurring issues and support improvements to processes and workflows • You will be responsible for making the cross-border function more effective, more structured, and easier to work with. Your impact will be measured by how well you reduce operational friction and improve consistency across the business.
