Requirements
• You operate like an owner. You don't wait for the full brief — you identify what needs to happen, structure the approach, and get it done. • You're highly coachable and hungry to grow. You ask good questions, act on feedback quickly, and consistently raise your own bar. • You're intelligent and intellectually curious. You can go deep on details without losing sight of the outcome. • You hold yourself to a high standard. Whether it's a partner relationship or an internal process, you do it properly. • You're ambitious. You want to be part of building something — not just working at it. • 2–3 years of experience in management consulting, strategy, or a fast-paced operational role — consulting background strongly preferred • Strong structured problem-solving skills; you can turn an ambiguous challenge into a clear plan with measurable outcomes • Comfortable working cross-functionally and influencing without authority • Comfortable working with metrics, dashboards, and performance data to drive decisions • Interest in AI, data, or the future of knowledge work is a strong plus
Responsibilities
• Own strategic initiatives end to end. Design and execute key programmes across our human data supply operations — defining goals, building plans, and driving them through to results. • Connect the dots across the business. Work closely with leadership to bring together internal teams and external partners through joint initiatives, ensuring priorities are clear and progress is moving. • Monitor the metrics that matter. Develop a deep understanding of the levers that move the business. Track and interpret operational performance data, and surface the insights that help leadership make better decisions faster. • Build processes that hold up at scale. Identify where things are breaking down and build the frameworks and playbooks that fix them properly — including finding opportunities to use AI to automate and improve how we work. • Solve hard problems. Dig into root causes, map the options, and recommend a clear path forward — balancing rigour with speed. • Grow university and community partnerships. Build and manage relationships with universities and research communities globally to expand and diversify our contributor network. • Drive the contributor rewards programme. Design and iterate on how we incentivise and retain human data contributors — building systems that scale with the network.
Benefits
• Competitive salary and meaningful equity in a high-growth, Series C start-up • Clear, accelerated growth opportunities — within 12–18 months, you'll have the chance to specialise or step into a leadership track • Strong in-person culture: 3–5 days/week in our London office • Flexible PTO and generous paid vacation days • Annual learning & development budget • Comprehensive health coverage • Regular travel to meet the India team and attend global company events • Bi-annual company offsites, twice-weekly team lunches, and monthly socials
