Responsibilities
• Independently manage and complete multi-week integration projects from kickoff to go-live without regular guidance. • Execute tasks related to data gathering, configuration, and troubleshooting for medium-complexity projects across diverse product lines. • Utilize the Redox dashboard and graphical interfaces to design, install, test, and modify interfaces. • Make independent decisions within established practices and procedures to ensure project timelines and technical requirements are met. • Act as a trusted advisor to customer counterparts, communicating effectively on project-specific tasks and identifying integration gaps. • Provide active input on team direction and goals, collaborating to improve internal processes and efficiency. • Willing to travel nationwide (5–10%).
