Requirements
• Active BCBA certification in good standing • Master’s degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, or related field • Minimum 5 years experience working as a BCBA • At least 1 year of Functional Behavior Assessment focused work preferred • Bilingual English and Spanish • Strong clinical writing and analytical skills • Experience with telehealth and remote supervision • Comfort with technology platforms and data systems • Ability to work independently in a remote startup environment • Located in NM, AZ, TX, FL, GA, ID, NV, UT, OK, or CO • Experience in multi-state telehealth service delivery • Experience with video-based observation analysis • Familiarity with payer authorization processes

Please note that the salary information is a general guideline and the exact salary will be determined based on the individual’s qualifications and experience, with consideration given to the factors listed above.
