Requirements

Responsibilities
• Sales Leadership & Execution • Define and execute the go-to-market sales strategy for Elixir EHR • go-to-market sales strategy • Hire, develop, and manage a team of 2 Account Executives • 2 Account Executives • Establish sales processes, pipeline discipline, forecasting accuracy, and performance metrics • Quota & Revenue Ownership • Carry an individual quota of 20 new logos • individual quota of 20 new logos • Own a team quota of 60 new logos and $2M in new ARR • team quota of 60 new logos • $2M in new ARR • Drive predictable pipeline generation and consistent revenue growth • Maintain accurate forecasts and communicate results to executive leadership • Market & Customer Engagement • Sell directly to healthcare decision-makers including practice administrators, CIOs, CMIOs, CFOs, and physician leaders • practice administrators, CIOs, CMIOs, CFOs, and physician leaders • Lead complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles from discovery through close • Position and sell the value of a Salesforce-native EHR platform compared to traditional EHR systems • Salesforce-native EHR platform • Represent Elixir EHR at industry conferences, events, and customer meetings • Provide market, customer, and competitive insights to product and leadership teams • Cross-Functional Collaboration • Partner closely with Product, Marketing, Implementation, and Customer Success teams • Ensure seamless transition from sales to implementation and long-term customer success
