InMarket - Contracts Manager

• 3–6+ years of experience as contracts manager, paralegal, or legal operations specialist (in-house experience strongly preferred) • Experience in adtech, SaaS, or technology companies preferred • Strong working knowledge of commercial contracts and contract negotiation processes • Familiarity with the legal frameworks and agreement provisions relevant to data privacy and digital advertising • Experience with CLM tools (e.g., Adobe Sign) • Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills, tracking and driving pending tasks through to completion • Ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders in a fast-paced environment • Strong written and oral communication skills and a collaborative mindset • Paralegal certification or equivalent legal training • Experience working remotely to support a distributed team • Familiarity with implementing and managing legal tech/process automation solutions • Strong understanding of digital advertising, ad measurement, and related privacy/data processing agreements
