Responsibilities

• Hiring and onboarding: Partner with the CEO and leadership team to scope roles, manage candidate pipelines, and coordinate interviews and onboarding for new team members • Calendar management and assisting with schedules of partners and our clients • Act as the point of contact for the CEO and Head of Acceleration for both internal and external stakeholders • Develop systems and processes to ensure accuracy and efficiency for appointments and various business tasks • Maintaining files and databases • Manage correspondence with other top executives and their support staff • Being on-call during key projects
