Requirements

• At least 8 years of experience in Technical/Service role related to software, telecommunications, customer service call center, or service delivery. • Demonstrated technical problem solving proficiency. • Excellent analytical and advanced troubleshooting skills with end-users/customers are required. • Working knowledge of contact center software design and functionality is necessary. • Broad skills in both technology & analysis; experience communicating at a technical level, as well as understanding functional aspects, must be demonstrated.
