Requirements
• Currently enrolled or recent graduate university student • Available to work up to 20 hours per week • Able to work onsite in our London office • Willingness to get your hands dirty and make things happen. • Strong written and verbal communication skills • Comfortability in a high-paced, collaborative environment • Detail oriented • Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Excel and G Suite • Process-driven and constantly looking for ways to streamline and simplify complex tasks • Fraud Alert: Unauthorized Job Offers and Impersonations • We have been made aware of fraudulent job offers and interview requests being sent by individuals falsely claiming to represent Authentic. Responsibilities
• The Brand Management - (Lifestyle Sport) EMEA Summer (June - September) Intern will acquire hands-on experience in the world of Brand Management. The Brand Management - Lifestyle EMEA team drives the success of Authentic’s world-renowned business across all of the brands in the lifestyle portfolio. As an intern on our team, you’ll learn the ins, outs, and nuts and bolts of what it takes to ensure continued organic growth and viability in the global market across all channels through strategic licensing programs and retail distribution. • What you’ll be working on • Royalty Reports collection management • Learning contract terms & agreement process • Collaborations and brand pitches • Contract amendments and compliance • Support brand strategy execution • Partner communication (emails/calls) • Support photo shoots operations
