Responsibilities

• Business Development & Pipeline Management • Identify and onboard institutional prospects, including hedge funds, family offices, VCs, and high-frequency trading firms within the APAC markets • Manage the full sales lifecycle: from cold outreach and lead qualification to KYC/onboarding and first trade execution • Maintain a high volume of activity with a “no-hesitation” approach to outreach and follow-up • Product & Ecosystem Mastery • Articulate the value proposition of Blockchain.com’s institutional suite: OTC Spot liquidity, Options/Derivatives strategies, and Market Making services as well as any other products that Blockchain.com has to offer • Stay ahead of market trends, including regulatory shifts in the Korean market and emerging blockchain protocols • Relationship Management & Internal Synergy • Act as the primary point of contact for clients that you bring on, ensuring white-glove service and rapid response times • Collaborate closely with the Trading Desk to communicate market colour and ensure seamless trade execution for clients • Work with the Legal and Compliance teams to navigate the specific onboarding requirements of Korean institutional entities • Language: Native or professional fluency in Korean and English (written and verbal) • Language: • Experience: 1–3 years of experience in Institutional Sales, Business Development, or Trading (Traditional Finance or Crypto background preferred)
