Requirements

• Experience: 4-6 years work experience; 3+ years in Life Sciences Consulting (Business or Management Consulting preferred) • Domain Knowledge: Proven expertise in Commercial Life Sciences (e.g., go-to-market, product launch, segmentation & targeting) • Data Analytics capability: Proficient in Data Science (e.g., Python, SQL, R) • Analytical Rigor: A strong mindset for both quantitative and qualitative reasoning • Communication: Ability to articulate complex ideas clearly to senior stakeholders • Education: Bachelor’s degree or higher (MBA Preferred) • Experience with digital technologies, analytics tools • Experience delivering SaaS or Tech-enabled consulting solutions • Understanding/experience of AI and its applications in commercial life sciences • Knowledge of Veeva products

Responsibilities

• Lead project workstreams from end-to-end, ensuring the high-quality design and delivery of customer solutions • Solve complex problems for Life Sciences leaders, leveraging Veeva’s unique data and software insights • Be a primary Client contact for operational project questions, build trusted relationships with Client stakeholders through interactions in person and remotely • Drive practice growth by contributing to business development and internal IP creation
