Justworks - Web Producer

• 5+ years in web production, web project management, or a similar hands-on web operations role • Proficiency in a CMS platform; Contentful experience strongly preferred • Strong project management instincts — you can hold multiple workstreams, prioritize under pressure, and don't let things fall • Clear, proactive communication style — you surface issues before they become problems • Comfort working alongside engineering and design; you understand how pages get built and what it takes to ship them • Familiarity with Asana or similar project management tools • Adherence to web accessibility standards and knowledge of WCAG standards for digital accessibility. • Familiarity with SEO fundamentals, UX/UI design fundamentals, and basic web analytics is a plus. • A bias toward action.
