GSR - Senior OTC Trader
Requirements
• Proven experience in crypto OTC trading or sales trading, with a strong track record of revenue generation. • Consistent track record of generating and growing client flow within crypto OTC or institutional trading environments. • Deep understanding of crypto markets, including spot, derivatives, and liquidity dynamics. • Strong commercial acumen with the ability to identify and execute profitable trading opportunities. • Experience managing risk and trading positions in fast-moving markets. • Established relationships across institutional clients, funds, brokers, or high-volume counterparties. • Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to operate autonomously in a high-performance environment. • Strong communication and relationship management skills.
Responsibilities
• Originate, price, and execute OTC trades across crypto spot and derivatives markets. • Develop and grow client relationships, driving trading volumes and revenue generation. • Maintain and expand relationships with institutional clients, funds, brokers, and HNW counterparties. • Manage risk and exposure in real time, ensuring adherence to internal risk frameworks. • Monitor market conditions, liquidity, and pricing to optimize execution and profitability. • Collaborate with internal trading, quant, and technology teams to enhance pricing, execution, and client offering. • Contribute to the expansion of GSR’s OTC franchise across regions and products.
