Requirements
• Experience using or integrating AI tools (LLMs, agents, prompt engineering, automation tools like Make/Zapier/N8N/RelevanceAI). • Experience building support workflows or automations in tools like DevRev, Intercom, Zendesk, Glean, or similar. • Previous exposure to GTM, RevOps, support operations, or startup environments.
Responsibilities
• To support the Go-To-Market team in developing and executing marketing strategies. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of GTM activities with broader business objectives. • Manage day-to-day operations, including but not limited to: data analysis for campaign optimization; monitoring system performance; troubleshooting technical issues within the Go-To-Market platform and tools used by team members. • Provide training and support on GTM best practices and new technologies as they are adopted into our processes. • Participate in regular meetings with stakeholders to provide updates, gather feedback, and ensure alignment of marketing strategies with business goals.
