Requirements

Responsibilities
• Financial Orchestration: Lead the global annual budgeting process and quarterly forecasting in partnership with G&A Finance, ensuring the business moves from "bottoms-up" activity planning to precise financial execution. • Financial Orchestration: • Strategic Deal Modeling: Support regional directors by performing transaction-level analysis and maintaining a bi-annual, automated long-range financial forecast for the entire real estate portfolio. • Strategic Deal Modeling: • Operational Excellence & Compliance: Drive strict adherence to financial controls, SOX compliance, and capital improvement project protocols, serving as the primary conduit for asset settlement and quarterly performance reporting. • Operational Excellence & Compliance: • Systems Innovation: Identify and deploy process automation opportunities using advanced tools (Tableau, Snowflake, SQL, etc.) to eliminate manual tasks and elevate the quality of global facilities data. • Systems Innovation: • Portfolio Performance: Collaborate with the Global Strategy Director and Data Analytics team to define and track KPIs that drive cost optimization and insightful real estate decision-making. • Portfolio Performance: • Financial Advisory: Act as the subject matter expert for the business on vendor setup, purchase requisitions, and account coding, providing the training and resources necessary to maintain high financial literacy across the team. • Financial Advisory: • Continuous Improvement: Conduct post-mortem analyses on budget cycles to implement process enhancements that improve Everpure's overall financial position and project performance. • Continuous Improvement:
