Responsibilities
• Supervise and mentor staff, including Assistant Directors and Critical Intervention Specialists. • Ensure the quality of client services, overseeing case reviews, and stabilization plans. • Engage with external stakeholders to represent CBEM and expand service outreach. • Manage budgets, performance reviews, and program goals. • Lead team meetings, acknowledge successes, and promote employee development.
