Couchbase, Inc. - Sr Specialist, Global Payroll

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field. • 8+ years of payroll experience, with at least 5–6 years supporting global payroll operations. • Extensive knowledge of payroll functions and applicable laws, payroll setup and processing, payroll tax compliance, balancing and reconciliation, deductions, and internal controls. • Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills, with the ability to clearly communicate payroll processes and complex administrative information to stakeholders. • Self-motivated and able to work independently with a strong work ethic. • Excellent organizational, time management, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills, with the ability to apply past experience to inform decision-making. • Ability to work effectively both independently and in a team environment and interact with colleagues and business partners across the organization. • Working at Couchbase • At Couchbase, innovation thrives when diverse perspectives come together.
