Vetcove - Senior Account Manager-Customer Success
Requirements
• Bachelors Degree • 7+ years of account management experience • Experience creating client-facing reports and business reviews with actionable insights • A talent for building concise, well-designed decks • Strong analytical skills and comfort working with campaign data • Exceptional writing, speaking and presentation skills • Experience gathering and documenting client requirements and communicating them to internal teams • A highly organized, proactive approach and excellent process management • A desire to learn and help define an emerging function at a fast-growing startup
Responsibilities
• Act as the main point of contact for your partners’ day-to-day communication and account oversight • Leverage data to build strategic media plans and proposals • Project manage strategy implementation and campaign execution so every requirement and deadline is met • Generate and analyze campaign reporting, and turn it into clear insights and recommendations that improve performance • Lead business reviews and strategic check-ins virtually and on-site, to show the value partners get from Vetcove • Build clear, compelling presentations that show results and recommendations • Set meeting agendas, send follow-ups with next steps, and keep internal and external stakeholders on track • Onboard new partners, train new and existing stakeholders on best practices, and address gaps before they become problems • Gather partner feedback and share it with our product team • Build long-term relationships so partners see Vetcove as a key part of their strategy

This salary range is a good faith estimate of what Vetcove may pay for this position at the time of posting. Actual compensation may vary based on skills, qualifications, and experience.
