Responsibilities
• Content Implementation & execution: Taking briefs from the Growth/Demand Gen Managers to craft copy, coordinate design produce polished marketing assets. • Scaling content efforts by repurposing existing and created content into additional formats and assets. • CMS, Website & channel execution: Be responsible for content assets on Cytora’s website (Webflow), and channels including optimisation and performance • Promoting and nurturing Cytora’s Making Risk Flow Community, the industry’s first community of risk digitization professionals in the insurance sector • Keeping up to date with industry movements and trends, and Cytora messaging to help drive content strategy with new initiatives, topic ideas, content formats, and channel opportunities. • Helping with the planning and execution of a range of events, including industry conferences/trade shows, exciting high-end prospect events, speaking opportunities, sponsorships, roundtables, executive dinners, partner/community events. • Develop and execute marketing outreach campaigns to secure podcast and event guests. • Developing a deep understanding of the industry, customer personas, the buyer’s cycle, and relationship dynamics between Cytora and customers/prospects. • Support the drafting and publishing of regular LinkedIn content on a weekly basis • Coordinating and collaborating with creative/PR agencies ensuring the highest quality standard and brand alignment • Internal Communications: Sharing marketing wins and new assets with the sales and product teams to ensure alignment. • Executing Cytora’s awards presence, from entry submissions to attendance logistics to post-awards promotion • Great copywriting skills and ability to understand and match tone of voice are essential • Ability to quickly grasp complex industry/market dynamics and technical software concepts • Technical literacy, especially the world of AI and LLMs • High degree of autonomy and creativity • Highly communicative, friendly demeanour
