Requirements
• At least 4 years of professional experience in handling financial transactions by receiving and verifying deposits, cashing checks, balancing cash drawers. • Ability to monitor bank vaults, process various account transactions, resolve discrepancies. • Customer service skills including answering inquiries, promoting bank products, assisting with account-related issues while ensuring accuracy and compliance with banking regulations. • Capability to participate asynchronously in partnership with leading AI labs (implied requirement).
Responsibilities
• Develop prompts for AI models that reflect your field. • Evaluate responses from the developed prompts to assess content related to your workplace tasks and language. • Deliver clear, structured feedback based on evaluations to strengthen the model’s understanding of banking operations in a financial context.
