Submittable - Enterprise Solutions Engineer
Requirements
• 5+ years in a solutions engineering or consulting role in SaaS environments (enterprise business software, grants management, government enterprise software, or similar), with a focus on customer impact. • Proficiency in web technologies and familiarity with APIs, integrations, and cloud platforms. • Proven ability to build technical champions and influence complex buying committees across business, technical, and executive levels. • Experience in competitive sales motions; familiarity with MEDDPICC or equivalent value-selling frameworks is a strong plus. • Creativity and persistence in developing scalable, innovative solutions. • Strong interpersonal abilities, fostering trust and partnership with customers and internal teams. • A track record of thriving in fast-paced, evolving environments. • A self-starter ready to dive in on day one. • Location: This is a remote, U.S.-based role and you must live and reside in the U.S. full-time. • Location: • Compensation: The annual On-Target Earnings (OTE) for this position is $140,000 – $170,000 with a pay mix of approximately 80/20 (base/commission). Base salary range is $115,000 – $135,000, with a variable commission target of $25,000 – $35,000. Actual compensation is based on factors such as the candidate's skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
