Requirements

Responsibilities
• Support the daily, weekly, and monthly US GAAP accounting tasks for the foreign acquisition, ensuring accuracy and timeliness. • Support team work products with attention to detail, identifying and correcting errors while working with the Manager, International Accounting to enhance processes that improve accuracy and efficiency. • Support the review of intercompany transactions and eliminations across subsidiaries. • Where required, assist the Australian-based account team with preparation of statutory financial statements and liaise with external auditors. • Support accounting documentation, policies, and internal controls. • Support assigned Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX) Act of 2002 key controls and ensure performance with no deficiencies. • Support due diligence and integration for new market launches and expansions. • Support process improvements and system enhancements to improve efficiency and accuracy. • Develop strong cross-functional relationships with internal stakeholders and ensure timely, accurate delivery of requests and projects. • Serve as a key point of contact for relevant accounting matters, ensuring clear communication and issue escalation as needed.
