- Leadership: Typically 8+ years in Product Management, with 3+ years specifically managing PMs or leading multi-squad areas in B2B/developer-focused companies.
- Technical Domain: Proven track record in complex technical domains (e.g., developer tools, static analysis, or platforms).
- Execution: Expertise in problem discovery, outcome-oriented roadmapping, and translating technical complexity into simple narratives.
- Tooling Knowledge: Familiarity with modern SDLC tools like CI/CD, IDEs, and DevOps practices.
Responsibilities
- As as Group Product Manager at Sonar, you own the product vision and strategy for the Code Quality domain, leading a team of Product Managers to define and enforce modern coding practices for millions of developers.
