elevenlabs - Talent Lead
Requirements
• Proven track record leading large TA functions at high-growth companies, with direct experience filling hundreds of roles per year across multiple functions and geographies. • Hands-on recruiting instincts - comfortable being in the weeds on critical searches, not just managing from a distance. • Strong people leader who builds, develops, and retains recruiting talent. • Sharp on process: able to design and iterate on systems, tooling, and workflows that make a team of 20–30 perform at a high level with AI. • Close collaborator with People, Finance, and business leaders - comfortable operating at the intersection of headcount planning, compensation, and hiring strategy. • Held a high bar for quality of hire while hitting aggressive volume, with the metrics to show it. • Advised founders and executive suite on workforce planning, and changed a plan with your judgment. • Worked with Finance, People and RevOps on headcount planning, capacity modelling, compensation and offer strategy. • Has recruited across the Americas, EMEA and APAC and understands the differences between markets. • This role is remote-first, so it can be executed from anywhere, with the ability to operate from New York or London strongly preferred. If you prefer, you can work from our offices in London, New York, San Francisco, and Warsaw.
