Remote Senior LATAM Software People Operations Manager Reporting Jira

Requirements

• 3-5 years of hands-on UKG Pro experience, with strong proficiency in report building (Cognos or UKG Reporting) and system configuration • Experience managing incoming requests through a ticketing system (Jira or similar preferred) • A customer-first mindset — you're responsive, clear, and patient with stakeholders at all levels • Strong attention to detail and a track record of maintaining data integrity (experience with SOX audit controls preferred) • Ability to manage competing priorities without dropping the ball on the day-to-day • Clear, confident communicator — in writing and in person

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary UKG Pro subject matter expert for the People Ops team — fielding requests, troubleshooting issues, and delivering timely, high-quality support • Manage and triage incoming People Systems requests through Jira, ensuring tickets are prioritized, tracked, and resolved with clear communication back to stakeholders • Build, maintain, and enhance reports and dashboards in UKG Pro to support HR, Finance, and business leaders • Configure and maintain UKG Pro modules including core HR, timekeeping, accruals, and scheduling • Document system processes, configuration changes, and reporting standards to support a scalable, well-governed environment • Partner with the broader People Ops team to identify recurring issues and address root causes — not just symptoms
