Requirements

• 2-5 years experience as an Accountant, Bookkeeper, or financial analyst • Proficiency in Accounting Software (ex: Quickbooks, Xero, NetSuite and similar platforms) • Accounting licenses (CPA, CMA, CA) • Knowledge in Business tax preparation and filing processes • Experience working in a high-pace environment • Entrepreneurial minded • APPLICATION PROCESS • We understand that searching for a new job can be challenging, and we’re here to support you every step of the way. Responsibilities

• Accounting & Bookkeeping: • Manage journal entries, account reconciliations, and ledger updates in QuickBooks, Xero, NetSuite, Sage. • Ensure the accuracy of financial records and compliance with accounting standards. • Close books promptly at the beginning of each month, ensuring timely and clean financial reporting. • Financial transaction management. Recording, monitoring and analyzing transactions to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting. • Ledger Maintenance and Reconciliation. Verify information in an account to be accurate and complete in comparing the account balance to the individual transactions. • Financial Reporting: Prepare monthly financial reports with consistency and clarity for clients. • Accounts Payable Management: Prepare, track, process, and present accounts payable to clients on a daily or weekly basis based on clients needs. Ensure rapid response time for pertinent client payments. • 1099 Preparation: Track tax information related to 1099 filings. Complete and submit 1099 forms on behalf of clients on time and in compliance. • Tax Support: Provide support during tax season and ensure compliance with applicable tax laws. • Analytical Skills: Ability to interpret financial data, identify trends and solve accounting related issues
