Requirements
• 7+ Years of relevant experience in product management building high-quality consumer grade multi-product customer experiences. • Strong experience of partnering with Design and Engineering. • Led and developed teams of Product Managers to deliver value for customers and the business. • AI-native. You've built with Claude Code or Codex or similar, and you bring that into how the team designs and builds. • Strong communication and interpersonal skills - ability to work effectively and collaboratively with individuals from different parts and levels of the organisation with different backgrounds and perspectives. • Experience in Fintech, ideally lending. • A track record of customer experience transformation. • Both consumer and SME exposure. • We’re building a place where everyone truly feels they belong.
