Requirements
• Experience owning something other teams depended on by earning their adoption; not mandating it. • Enough technical depth for a straight conversation with Engineers about trade-offs, interfaces, and what a migration will cost, without losing sight of when to hand off technical decisions to them. • You can hold your own with Risk, Operations or Sales, with no authority over any of them. You go and find their next problem. You don't wait for a ticket. • Considered as AI-native, having built with Claude Code or Codex or similar, and you bring that into how you and your team design and build to support and not replace the core disciplines and values of good product management. • Ability to write and present clearly enough to get Architecture, Engineering, and Product leadership behind the same roadmap. • Experience working in fintech, or another regulated business with operational complexity. • Experience running a migration off a system people were attached to, and lived to tell the tale. • Strong understanding of the complexities of a regulated business, treating auditability and data protection as design constraints, not a review at the end. • We’re building a place where everyone truly feels they belong.
