Responsibilities
• You will become an operational partner for all key departments across the company — including Engineering, QA, Product, Analytics, Organic Growth, Marketing, Customer Success, HR, and Legal. • Your mission is to dive deep into different teams’ processes, identify inefficiencies, and own the full improvement cycle: • Problem → Analysis → Solution → Implementation → Impact Measurement • Conduct operational audits across different departments. • Identify bottlenecks, process losses, and opportunities for improvement. • Build process maps, SOPs, RACI frameworks, and improve workflows. • Drive process improvements from idea to implementation. • Work with Jira, Tableau, and operational metrics. • Identify opportunities for automation and increased efficiency.
