Requirements

• 5+ years in analytics within complex B2B SaaS environments, ideally in a product-led or self-serve motion. B2C or hybrid B2B/B2C experience is a plus • Strong PLG and customer lifecycle expertise, including activation, PQLs, cohort analysis, retention, churn, expansion, and growth modeling • Experience partnering with Customer Success, Product, and Growth stakeholders and translating open-ended business questions into analytical frameworks • Ability to synthesize complex analysis into clear recommendations and communicate them to senior leaders, influencing decisions and priorities • Experience with experimentation (A/B testing), statistical modeling, or predictive techniques (e.g., churn or propensity modeling) in a business context • Advanced SQL and strong experience with large-scale analytical datasets, including product usage and event data • Hands-on experience with modern AI/BI tools (Hex, Omni, Claude, Dust, or similar) • Comfort in modern cloud data ecosystems: Snowflake, Databricks, dbt • Experience working with GTM and customer platforms such as Salesforce and a CS platform (Gainsight, or similar). Familiarity with product analytics tools (Amplitude, Segment, or similar) is a plus • What you can expect:
