frontify - Talent Partner (12-month FTC)

Responsibilities
• You'll own full-cycle recruiting across commercial and G&A functions, including Sales, Customer Success, Marketing, Finance, Legal and Operations teams. • You'll partner with hiring managers to align on role requirements, interview processes, and hiring priorities. • You'll proactively source and engage high-quality talent through multiple channels, building proactive pipelines for current and future hiring needs. • You'll deliver an exceptional candidate experience through clear communication, timely feedback, and thoughtful guidance throughout the process. • You'll manage multiple hiring processes simultaneously while maintaining a high bar for quality and efficiency. • You'll collaborate with People Partners and business leaders to support consistent and inclusive hiring practices. • You'll use recruiting data and market insights to help improve hiring outcomes and inform decision-making. • You can work from our London office two days per week. • You have around 4 years of in-house recruiting experience, with a focus on commercial or G&A hiring, ideally in a fast-paced SaaS environment. • You're confident in managing full-cycle recruiting processes, from sourcing and screening through offer negotiation and closing. • You have strong sourcing skills and hands-on experience with LinkedIn Recruiter and other talent acquisition tools. • You build trusted relationships with hiring managers and collaborate effectively across teams. • You're organized, proactive, and able to balance multiple priorities while maintaining a great candidate experience. • You're genuinely excited about AI, and already use it to work more effectively. • You speak English fluently. Additional languages, like German or French, are a plus. • We understand that every candidate’s experience is different.
