Requirements

• Strong experience as a Product Manager owning software products end-to-end • Track record of delivery in fast-paced and cross-functional environments • Proficiency with shaping workflows and tooling for internal teams • Strong storytelling and relationship-building skills • Fluency with SQL and product analytics • Technical literacy and comfort collaborating with engineers • Demonstrable ability to thrive in high freedom, high agency culture • Interest in sustainability, green energy and zero-emissions transport. • ## Any of the following would be a bonus • Running AB Tests

Responsibilities

• Define and deliver a prioritised roadmap of measurable outcomes • Run regular user research and interviews to understand jobs to be done • Test hypotheses through analytics, frequent shippable increments and iterative experiments • Use data to identify opportunities and track success • Demonstrate progress and direction of travel through storytelling and inclusive communication at every level of our business • Leverage modern tooling, including AI, to accelerate time to value • Collaborate company wide with high level of autonomy
