Requirements

Responsibilities
• Own the Hims and Hers app product roadmap, shaping new features, navigation architecture, app foundations, and cross-category experiences that help millions of patients better understand and act on their health • Lead app growth and engagement motions (mobile messaging, push notifications, while working closely with category and CRM lifecycle teams) ensuring the right message reaches the right patient at the right time • Serve as the cross-category connector: collaborate with PMs, Category owners, Marketing and others, to cohesively sequence and deliver features • Translate new AI features and capabilities into app-native experiences • Partner closely with Engineering and Product Design to support technical direction and craft bar, ensuring app decisions are both buildable at speed and delightful at scale • Use data and intuition together to combine product judgment, user research, and quantitative analysis to understand user needs and make informed consumer decisions.
Benefits
