Balance measurement quality, user trust, and compliance when making product decisions. • Lead privacy-aware measurement. • Make technical search optimization a product capability. Own the product strategy for technical search (agent) engine optimization, including site architecture, crawlability, indexation, rendering, structured data, internal linking, redirects, canonicalization, and large-scale content or domain migrations. • Make technical search optimization a product capability. • Raise the bar for web performance and quality. Set clear standards for page speed, Core Web Vitals, accessibility, reliability, responsiveness, and cross-browser behavior. Bring together senior partners across Product, Marketing, Design, Engineering, Data Science, Analytics, and Search Engine Optimization. Communicate strategy, decisions, results, and learning to executive audiences with clarity and conviction. • Lead through influence. • Build for a global audience. Develop a thoughtful approach to internationalization and localization so that Postman's web experiences can perform across markets, languages, and regional customer needs. • Build for a global audience. • Your foundation is product management. You have 8+ years of product management experience, including significant ownership of customer-facing web products or digital experiences at scale. You have set strategy, built roadmaps, and delivered measurable results in complex organizations. • Staff-level product leadership. • Demonstrated outcome ownership. You can point to web experiences you personally led that materially changed customer behavior or business performance. You explain the problem, strategic choices, tradeoffs, shipped solution, measurement approach, and resulting impact. • Demonstrated outcome ownership. • Deep web product expertise. You understand how modern websites are designed, built, rendered, served, measured, and evolved. You can partner credibly on content management systems, front-end architecture, server-side and client-side rendering, content delivery networks, release workflows, and technical dependencies. • Deep web product expertise. • Strong technical search and agentic optimization fluency. You have hands-on experience using information architecture and technical search engine optimization and AEO to improve discovery at scale. You understand the implications of URL design, site hierarchy, internal linking, structured data, crawl budgets, rendering, redirects, canonicalization, and indexation. • Strong technical search and agentic optimization fluency • Web performance expertise. You understand page performance, Core Web Vitals, accessibility, and reliability as product concerns. You know how performance affects discovery, experience, and outcomes, and can make informed tradeoffs with Engineering and Design. • Web performance expertise. • Measurement, cookies, and attribution fluency. You understand browser and cookie behavior, consent management, first-party data, anonymous and authenticated identity, tag management, attribution limitations, and privacy-aware analytics. You can diagnose gaps in measurement rather than treating dashboards as ground truth. • Measurement, cookies, and attribution fluency. • Experimentation and quantitative judgment. You are fluent in funnel analysis, experiment design, guardrail metrics, statistical interpretation, and post-launch learning. You know when to test, when not to test, and how to connect a program of experiments to a larger product strategy. • Experimentation and quantitative judgment. • Exceptional product judgment. You can move between long-term strategy and detailed execution, identify the few decisions that matter most, and balance customer value, business value, technical complexity, brand craft, and speed. • Exceptional product judgment. • Cross-functional gravity. You can walk into a room of competing senior stakeholders and leave it aligned on what will ship, what will not, and why. You influence without relying on formal authority and communicate effectively with technical and non-technical audiences. • Cross-functional gravity. • Customer empathy for technical audiences. You are curious about developers, technical teams, and how they evaluate and adopt tools. Experience with developer products, APIs, business-to-business software, or product-led growth is strongly valued. • Customer empathy for technical audiences. • The reasonably estimated base salary for this role ranges from $240,000 to $275,000, plus a competitive equity package.
