Requirements

Responsibilities
• Support and own product planning cycles — quarterly planning, goal tracking, retrospectives, and weekly team rhythms • Drive launch coordination: maintain checklists, track cross-functional dependencies, and ensure teams are go-live ready • Build and maintain product health dashboards; surface actionable data to support prioritization decisions • Document processes, build playbooks, and identify where workflows can be tightened or automated • Facilitate meetings and ensure follow-ups are captured and closed • Partner with analytics to answer the right operational questions, not just report on what's already tracked
