Requirements
• Commercial Thinking • Commercial Thinking • Strong commercial instinct — you think in terms of trade-offs, economics, and outcomes • Comfortable operating in complex environments (e.g. multiple segments and cohorts with different commercials) • Able to engage deeply with Credit and Data partners • Experience in lending, credit cards, or adjacent borrowing products • Consumer Focus • You start with the customer never lose track of their needs • You’re willing to challenge revenue-driven decisions when they conflict with good customer outcomes • You have strong product taste and care deeply about experience quality • Execution & Leadership • Proven ability to deliver in fast-paced environments with multiple workstreams • Comfortable going deep in the detail while leading through others • Strong cross-functional leadership across technical, credit, and governance stakeholders
