Mark43 - Director of Product

• You have demonstrated experience taking complex products from strategy through delivery and adoption. You are equally comfortable discussing a long-term market opportunity with an executive, exploring workflows with an end user, and working through product and technical trade-offs with a delivery team. You have a strong bias towards execution and know how to translate strategy into priorities, establish accountability, remove blockers, and keep teams focused on delivering results. • Experience with enterprise SaaS, government technology, policing, public safety, or similarly complex and regulated environments is highly valuable. The role will also require regular engagement with customers and teams across the UK.
