Responsibilities
• Own product strategy and execution for Omnea’s finance offering. • Demonstrate the market opportunity, the investment case and the execution plan. • Hire and coach high-performing product managers. • Drive product planning, decision-making, and communication across functions and leadership. • Ensure we are learning fast and shipping thoughtfully - balancing speed with rigour. • Partner with go-to-market to position and differentiate Omnea’s product. • Partners with customer team to support onboarding, growth, and customer feedback loops. • Help define and evolve Omnea’s product development culture as we scale - including rituals, values, and operating principles.
