Responsibilities
• You’ll own and evolve our Kubernetes and cloud infrastructure platform, with a focus on scalability, reliability, and usability. • You’ll help shape how we run Kubernetes on AWS, improving cluster architecture, deployment patterns, and operational practices. • You’ll design and improve CI/CD pipelines and developer workflows to enable fast, safe, and repeatable deployments. • You’ll own a self-service infrastructure and design and improve it to allow teams to operate independently without creating bottlenecks. • You’ll work cross-functionally with product engineers to understand their needs and enable them through tooling, automation, and best practices. • THIS ROLE IS A FIT FOR YOU IF: • You enjoy building and evolving platforms that enable other engineers to move faster and more safely. • You have experience working with Kubernetes in production environments (ideally EKS on AWS). • You have strong experience with CI/CD systems and believe in automation-first workflows. • You have worked in a platform or infrastructure role where you provided both tooling and guidance to product teams. • You are comfortable owning systems while collaborating closely with other teams and avoiding siloed ways of working. • IT’S A PLUS IF YOU… • Have experience building internal developer platforms or self-service infrastructure • Have experience with observability tooling (e.g., Datadog, Papertrail, etc) • Have experience optimizing cloud infrastructure for cost and performance • Have experience with security best practices in cloud-native environments
